Ingredients Needed
24 ounces of canned tuna, drained
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 Beef Steak Tomato, Chopped Finely
1/3 cup of mayo or substitute
1/5 cup of mustard (try spicy brown or horseradish to spice it up!)
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Red Hot ® (to taste)
Directions: Simply mix all of these ingredients together and serve cold. This is great served with your favorite crackers.
Easy Chili Dip
Ingredients You Will Need:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened
2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese
Instructions: Using a spoon, carefully spread the softened cream cheese across the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Next, pour the two cans of chili over the cream cheese. Top all of this off with the shredded cheese. Bake the dish at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the cheese in the middle begins to bubble. Serve with tortilla chips.
Creamy Fiesta Dip
List of Ingredients:
1 pound of processed cheese
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 6 ounce can of green chiliees
½ cup milk (add to creaminess preference)
Directions: Chop up the Velveeta ® and put in a large pot. Pour in the milk and mix together while on a low heat. Be watchful and stir often to ensure the cheese does not become burnt. Once melted, add the tomatoes and chilies and allow them to heat for 1 minute with the rest of the dip. This is another great recipe served with tortilla chips.
