art culinary school
So I joined the culinary arts club at my high school today and they asked for people to design some sort of t-shirt if they want to.
I was thinking it would say on the front "I love culinary arts club…". Then on the back there would be a picture of a cake, possibly with a heart around it, and below it would say "…like a fat boy loves cake."
I think it's pretty good, but it might be offensive to overweight people. So is this too offensive and does anyone have any other funny ideas?
Thanks.
i like your idea but i think your right today pepole get offended very easily and so heres my suggestion. you could have a heart on the back of it and have the heart filled with different things like a pot and pan, a chef hat, a cake, different utensils and etc. on the front just put a small or medium logo that says ( –your schools name–) high school culinary club or you could get your school mascot and put a chef hat on it and again just put culinary club on it. hope that helps! good luck and have fun!

I am considering a new career as a chef.
I would like to be a line cook working on edible art and eventually run my own kitchen.
Does anyone knows which is a better culinary school or if there is another one, local, that is better?
I am stuck in Dallas, and I know the schools in Houston and Austin are better, but my current career is here.
Any information or advice would be very much appreciated!
Thanks!
I would add that I am planning on moving to New York in about 5 years and want to get started here in Dallas on my chef career. I figure I can start my education and career here and continue on with better education in New York.
First – if either of these have sister schools in Houston or Austin – then go with that one. You never know what happens in life and may get to transfer – never say never right?
If no sister schools – then go for the Art Institute. My husband got his degree from the Art Institute and has proven to be a value in his career.

my girl friend wants me to go to a four year university first and then go to culinary art school but i want to go to culinary art school first and then go to a university to major in food business management so that i could run a resultant or even own one what should i do.
Why not go to Johnson & Wales and do both at the same time? They have campuses in North Carolina, Colorado, Rhode Island, and Florida. It’s a pretty good school for the food industry and management.
