All the big restaurants hire out of the La cord an blu school in Scottsdale. It is a dry heat for the most part we have our so called rainy season in June,July,august were it is humid at night. It's a dry heat and it can be very uncomfortable for 4 months. You need a car (white with good a/c). There is alot of crime in areas of south and west Pho., but Scottsdale is not crime-ridden, with the exception of auto theft.
